Costume care is an on-demand laundry and dry cleaning provider in india. As a user, you can download the app, and self sign using the phone number. You can create a pickup request by providing the address, time for pickup and services you are looking for. Once the request is created, our executive will call and confirm the address and time. A rider comes to your location at the specified time for collecting the garments. He will come, feed all the garment details into the rider app and give you the bill. You can also check the status of the order in the app. Rider takes all the garments goes back to the service center.

Service center process the garments, and sends the notification as READY for delivery. A driver is assigned to the request, and he will come to your door step at the specified time. You can take the garments and pay the order either online or through the cash.

Respective details are updated in the app, and you can check the same in the mobile app. Also, you can submit the feedback to business about the service quality.
